Barbara Roden is Owner of Senior Helpers - a company providing caring in-home companions and personal caregivers throughout Southeast Michigan. She serves on the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors, is a member of the Michigan Home Health Association, past President of the Junior League of Ann Arbor, and is a member of the Senior Helpers' Franchise Advisory Council.

Barbara graduated from Purdue University and has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. In 2007, she decided to fulfill her dream of owning her own business. Both Barbara's father and Great Aunt suffered with Alzheimer's. So, choosing the care giving industry was a natural choice for her. She knows the stress and burden, both emotionally and financially, that caring for a loved one can put on a family. She loves helping seniors; is passionate about her business, and is trusted by her clients and their families. Senior Helpers also supports numerous events and seminars in the community.
