A Family Center Ask the Experts Talk with Nicole Runyon, LMSW.

There is an increase in depression, anxiety and severe anger in the generation of adolescents who have been raised with screens. Learn how to listen and talk about our ever-changing, tech heavy culture.

We will explore the reasons why kindness is missing, how technology affects social and emotional development, how this lack of empathy and disconnect affects adolescents who have been bullied, and the extreme ways in which adolescents now feel isolated, dehumanized, and alienated.

Presented by The Family Center in partnership with Christ Church, October 5, 2016.
